Tommies beat Kansas City 73-71 in Ruth Sinn's home finale
The University of St. Thomas women's basketball team beat Kansas City 73-71 Wednesday night at Lee and Penny Anderson Arena in the final home game for Ruth Sinn, who is retiring after 21 seasons. Jada Hood scored the game-winning basket with about six seconds to play after the Tommies forced a turnover out of a press. Hood and Sinn spoke after the win.
