Minnesota DNR launching electronic licensing system Tuesday
It's a big week for those that enjoy the outdoors in Minnesota. The DNR is launching the state's new electronic licensing system on Tuesday. This is the DNR's first major update to fishing and hunting licensing in more than 25 years. Jamie Gangawire with the DNR joined FOX 9 News at 5 to talk about the preparations.
