ICE agent to testify in fight to move case to federal court
An ICE agent facing felony assault charges stemming from an encounter on a Minnesota highway is expected to testify in court. Gregory Morgan Jr. is accused of pointing his service weapon at people in another vehicle and is asking a judge to move the case to federal court. FOX 9's Bill Keller reports.
