Minneapolis ICE shootings: Residents question MPD response

A year-end review of the Minneapolis Police Department’s response to calls surrounding increased immigration enforcement were provided by police chief Brian O’Hara on Monday, with him also answering questions about the city’s vision on federal cooperation moving forward.
