The Minnesota BCA was blocked from accessing the scene of the fatal Minneapolis shooting on Saturday. The BCA also secured a search warrant, which is unusual for this type of situation, and they were still denied access to the scene. Superintendent Drew Evans says they will still investigate the shooting.
