Tropical Depression Edouard brings flooding threat
Tropical Depression Edouard is weakening after making landfall along the Gulf Coast, but heavy rain continues to threaten parts of Texas and Louisiana with flooding. Some areas could see 6 inches to a foot of rain, while tens of thousands of customers in Texas are without power. FOX 9 meteorologist Jared Piepenburg reports.
