Target Field concessions workers go on strike ahead of Twins/Dodgers series

The Minnesota Twins are hosting the L.A. Dodgers for a three-game series starting Monday night, but Target Field's concessions workers went on strike, demanding higher pay and better health insurance. Delaware North is in negotiations with UNITE HERE Local 17, but a labor deal hasn't been reached. Workers hit the picket line ahead of first pitch Monday night. More than 250 replacement workers have been brought into fill the void with concession sales.
