Historic flooding hits parts of FL after extreme rain
Parts of Florida received more than 20 inches of rain in just 12 hours on Monday, leading to what the National Weather Service called historic flooding. Roads remain submerged in some areas, and flooding has forced the relocation of polling places in seven counties. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz reports.
