Health leaders launch 'Minnesota Revalidate' to combat Medicaid fraud
The Department of Human Services on Monday launched "Minnesota Revalidate" to combat Medicaid fraud in the state. Officials are calling for 168 state employees to perform unannounced site visits to more than 5,800 providers in Minnesota as a step to avoid losing up to $2 billion in federal Medicaid funding.
