Minnesota bakers are busy this weekend. Saturday is the drop off day for the Blue Ribbon Baking Contest Series at the state fairgrounds. Karen Cope (who?s entering 24 baked goods in the contest!) joined us in the studio to show off one of her winning cooking recipes from 2016.
