Café Astoria expands in St. Paul

Café Astoria, the coffee shop in St. Paul known for its incredible lattes decorated with rainbow art and 24K gold flakes, has expanded and opened a new adjoining restaurant. StellaBelle Kitchen & Bakery is located on W. Seventh St in St. Paul and it’s connected to Café Astoria. The restaurant offers Mediterranean-inspired cuisine plus fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls and bakery items made on site.
