Minneapolis School of New Music kicking off enrollment with block party
A brand new school in Minneapolis is bringing together kids through music. This fall, the Minneapolis School of New Music is opening in the Camden neighborhood. Their goal is to provide a free, music-immersive education to kids in North Minneapolis. Touring DJ for Lizzo and board member Sophia Eris joined the Buzz along with founder Bart Johnson to chat about the school's vision and how you can apply. The school is hosting an enrollment block party this Saturday.
