Hennepin County Attorney announces charges in killing of protester in Uptown, hit-and-run in Brooklyn Park
Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman is announcing charges against Nicholas Kraus, 35. He is charged with murder and assault for allegedly driving his SUV into a group of protesters in Uptown Sunday night, killing one and injuring three others. He also announced charges against Christopher Rice, 46, in the hit-and-run death of a man in Brooklyn Park on Saturday.
