38th and Chicago back open to vehicle traffic Tuesday
A FOX 9 news crew took a rare drive through the intersection of 38th and Chicago, also known as George Floyd Square, in Minneapolis. The intersection appears to be back open to vehicle traffic after it had been blocked off for more than a year when it became gathering spot for people mourning the death of George Floyd, who died while being detained by Minneapolis police outside Cup Foods.
