Woodbury police investigating after seriously injured child found lying in street following apparent domestic incident

Police responded to a neighborhood in Woodbury, Minnesota after neighbors called 911 to report a woman chasing a child in the street. When they arrived, they found one child lying in the street seriously injured. A second child was found at a neighbor's house with what police say are moderate injuries.
