Vegan breakfast caf� opens in Downtown Minneapolis

There?s a new breakfast spot in Minneapolis serving up waffles, fluffy mini pancakes and Vietnamese coffee. Every menu item is vegan, gluten-free and nut-free. The Coconut Whisk Caf� is on Nicollet Mall near 9th St. S. The team behind the caf� are also the founders of Coconut Whisk vegan baking mixes. The caf� is open Thursday to Sunday 9am to 2pm.
