Walz signs emergency insulin bill, promises pen to mother whose son died from rationing insulin

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz signed the Alec Smith Insulin Affordability Act into law Wednesday, promising to give one of the pens he used to the mother of the man the bill was named for.
