The 12 Bursts Challenge - YMCA debuts free, digital activity program for kids, families
Parents have a lot on their plate these days. Not only do they have to keep kids engaged in learning, it's also important to make sure everyone is getting the proper exercise! YMCA CycleHealth is out with a new program called the 12 Bursts Challenge. Executive Director of CycleHealth, Betsy Grams, joined the FOX 9 Morning News to explain how the free program gets the entire family moving.
