Hamline University Professor David Schultz on whether lawmakers can pass a bonding bill this session

The 2020 legislative session begins Tuesday at the Minnesota State Capitol. Hamline University political science professor David Schultz says lawmakers may agree they need to pass a bonding bill this session, but it will take a lot of compromises on both sides to get to the 60 percent majority needed to pass it.
