The metro boasts some of the top chefs in the country and this weekend the food and beverage community will toast to the cr?me de la cr?me. The 9th annual Charlie Awards are headed to the Pantages Theatre this Sunday. Rising Star nominee Britt St. Clair stopped by the Buzz to talk about her inspiration.
