Flying into view: The Kites on Ice Festival
It may be the dead of winter, but it's still the perfect time to go fly a kite. The 2nd annual "Kites on Ice Festival" returns to Buffalo this weekend. Some of the beautiful and colorful kites took an early trip to FOX 9 to show off ahead of the main event.
