From Patti Labelle What you need 1 lb. elbow pasta Salt 1 TB of vegetable oil ? cup shredded Muenster cheese ? cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese ? cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese ? cup shredded mild cheddar cheese 1 C of cubed processed cheese 2 C half & half 2 large eggs More cheese for sprinkling Boil pasta in salted water with 1 TB of vegetable oil for 7 minutes Melt 8 TB of butter & mix into cooked pasta Add 2 C of half & half and 2 large eggs into macaroni Add all cheeses into pasta and mix until blended Transfer to baking dish ? add more cheese on top Bake at 350 for 35 min. until golden & bubbly
