St. Thomas Air Force ROTC students begin 32nd annual 24-hour vigil for POW/MIAs

In a University of St. Thomas quad Sunday evening, a group of Air Force ROTC students began a 24-hour vigil for the thousands of U.S. Military service members that were prisoners of war or are missing in action.
