It is every parents hope that when a child grows up and looks in the mirror they love what they see. But, because of bullying, school can be tough on our kids' self-esteem. Shawtan Howell saw her own daughter's struggle and decided to make a difference in Minnesota and start her own foundation Girls are Powerful.
