Road conditions improving, MnDOT says [6:15 a.m. update]
This storm came in two rounds, but the lull Tuesday night gave MnDOT plows some time to clear main roads before the second round of snow came through early Wednesday morning, Anne Meyer, a MnDOT spokesperson, told FOX 9. Road conditions are improving on the main roadways in the Twin Cities, but areas that saw a mixture of precipitation are seeing slick spots on roadways.
