Air travel issues continue before federal government reopens

Flight cancellations and delays are continuing at major airports across the country even as the U.S. Congress gets closer to a deal to reopen the government. Tuesday, the Federal Aviation Administration announced another reduction in flights that could make air travel more difficult.
