Minnesota State Senator Judy Seeberger and Washington County Commissioner Karla Bigham hosted a town hall in Cottage Grove about the impact that federal cuts to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Medicaid could have on Minnesotans.
