St. Paul introducing gun control ordinance

The St. Paul City Council on Wednesday will introduce a gun violence prevention ordinance that bans most possession of assault weapons and makes ghost guns illegal. The ordinance is largely symbolic because Minnesota state law prevents municipal gun restrictions.
