A portion of Minnesota?s Superior Hiking Trail remains closed as firefighters continue working to contain the Crosby Fire, a lightning-sparked wildfire that has burned about 300 acres near George H. Crosby Manitou State Park. The blaze, which began on October 8, is now 70% contained thanks to recent rain and steady progress from DNR crews.
