Rochester budget: Property tax increases proposed
Last month the Rochester City Council unveiled a proposed $663 million budget for 2026, in turn increasing the property tax levy for residents by nearly 6% to help fund it. Rochester City Administrator Alison Zelms joined FOX 9?s All Day to discuss the proposed budget, and what it could mean for residents.
