Teen who fatally shot 11-year-old to remain in custody
A judge ruled that a teenager who fatally shot an 11-year-old boy will remain in custody until his next court date. The teen will not be charged with murder after the Hennepin County Attorney's Office determined there is evidence that he acted in self-defense. FOX 9's Paul Blume has the latest report.
