You're only as old as you think you are, and on the third Friday of every month Legion Outpost 225, in Forest Lake, puts on a senior dance to show how true that is. FOX 9 Photojournalist Jadon Lamphear took a trip to see what the dances are all about and to see how Seniors are finding connection through movement.
