Wisconsin creating new movie production office
The latest Wisconsin state budget establishes a state film office, offering up to $5 million in incentives to boost film industry production. Minnesota used to offer similar incentives under a Snowbate program that was successful in the 1990s. FOX 9?s All Day spoke with LA-based filmmaker Nathan Deming who was born in Eau Claire to talk about the state of the industry.
