MN weather: Hot and steamy July 4, heat advisory in place

Skies are clearing in the Twin Cities as a warm front brings steamy and sticky air to the area for July 4 celebrations. A heat advisory is also in place for most of the state, with an excessive heat warning for northern Minnesota. FOX 9 meteorologist Keith Marler has the full forecast.
