Melissa, Mark Hortman and Gilbert lie in state at MN Capitol
Rep. Melissa Hortman, her husband Mark Hortman and their beloved golden retriever Gilbert lie in state at the Minnesota Capitol on Friday, a day before their funeral services on Saturday. Rep. Hortman is the first woman, and one of fewer than 20 Minnesotans, to lie in state at the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul, according to the governor's office.
