Hortman family spokesperson: 'Mark and Melissa were wonderful humans'
Rep. Zach Stephenson, the spokesperson for Melissa and Mark Hortman, appeared Tuesday on FOX 9's All Day with Amy Hockert to talk about his relationship with the Hortman family. Stevenson was the campaign manager in 2004 when Melissa Hortman was elected to the Minnesota House.
