Deshaun Hill killing: No 2nd trial date not set
A second trial date for Cody Fohrenkam, accused of killing high school student Deshaun Hill, is not yet been set despite a hearing today, after the Minnesota Court of Appeals reversed his first conviction, saying that the prosecutors "committed prejudicial misconduct during arguments" and that the state failed to show Forhenkam?s statements were lawfully obtained.
