SPPD Officer Reilly remembered: First woman St. Paul officer killed in line of duty [RAW]

St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter said Officer Felicia Reilly loved the city she served and noted she is the first woman St. Paul officer to be killed in the line of duty.
