MN House DFL members threatening to hold up start of Legislative session

House DFL members were sworn in on Sunday in an early oath of office ceremony, ahead of the start of the legislative session. Democrats are threatening not to show up for the start of the legislative session as they are locked in a power struggle with the GOP. GOP lawmakers are calling the ceremony on Sunday illegitimate, while the DFL says the early ceremony is not unprecedented. Meanwhile, in the Senate, Democrats and Republicans have agreed to a power-sharing agreement.
