President Jimmy Carter's casket arrives at Capitol on horse-drawn caisson [RAW]
The body of President Jimmy Carter has arrived in the Washington, D.C. area Tuesday as the nation prepares for the official state funeral for the former Commander-in-Chief. Carter's casket was brought from the U.S. Navy Memorial via a horse-drawn caisson in a procession to the U.S. Capitol, where he will lie in state.
