MN weather: Measurable snow in southwest MN Tuesday

A portion of southwestern Minnesota is under a winter weather advisory until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, where a system could bring 1-3 inches of snow. The system will push east, bringing light flakes to the Twin Cities metro by the evening. FOX 9 meteorologist Keith Marler has more on what to expect.
