Dean Phillips, who launched a failed campaign for president earlier this year, talked about why he wanted an open Democratic primary after President Joe Biden stepped aside in the race. He spoke Thursday morning on FOX News. "This entire election, in my estimation, was sealed the day that Joe Biden was running for reelection. And the answer is absolutely we should've had a competition."
