Aerials of Belle Plaine fatal shooting scene [RAW]

SkyFOX over the scene of a fatal shooting in Belle Plaine on Thursday. Police have confirmed that St. Paul officers were involved in the shooting, and it's connected to a deadly shooting in St. Paul from Wednesday night.
