Crowds of people gathered outside Gov. Tim Walz's residence Tuesday morning as several black SUVs departed Eastcliff, where the governor has been living. Kamala Harris tapped Walz as her running mate, and the two are scheduled to appear together in Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon.
