Londregan charges dismissed: County Attorney on bodycam footage
In a press conference on Monday, Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty explained why her office dropped the charges against Minnesota State Trooper Ryan Londregan in the fatal shooting of Ricky Cobb II on Interstate 94 in Minneapolis last summer. She said her office reviewed bodycam footage, including watching it in slow motion after hearing what Londregan would argue in court.
