A breezy and warm Thursday is in store for the Twin Cities metro, with a high of 77 degrees and southerly winds at 10-20 mph. Scattered showers and rumbles are possible late Thursday night into the overnight hours. The rain will likely linger into the morning, and we could see another chance of rain later in the day on Friday.
