Convicted killer maintains innocence in 2004 murder
It was a dramatic day in a Hennepin County courtroom as Marvin Haynes, a convicted killer, maintained his innocence nearly 20 years later. Haynes and his legal team are fighting for his freedom. He's currently serving a life sentence for first-degree murder in connection to the 2004 killing at a Minneapolis flower shop.
