Second Hand Hounds undergoes rebranding
Changes are on the way for one of the largest pet rescue organizations in the state. Earlier this month, Second Hand Hounds announced they were changing their name to The Bond Between in order to better reflect their mission. Organizers say they rescue more animals than just dogs, and they also do a lot of fostering and work with veterans and domestic abuse victims. Executive Director Rachel Mairose joined FOX 9 Good Day to explain the name change and the organization's mission moving forward.
