It?s Aquatennial time in Minneapolis. The celebration runs Wednesday, July 19th through the 22nd. There are dozens of events and all are free and family-friendly. It begins with the Torchlight Parade Wednesday at 7:30pm along Nicollet from 12th to 4th Street.
