Congress debates student debt plan

Americans are awaiting a decision from the U.S. Supreme Court on President Biden's student loan forgiveness program. Those who have their payments on hold during the pandemic must start repaying them again later this summer. in the meantime, Republicans in Congress are writing bills to attack the rising cost of college tuition.
